We know your household's needs can change, so we've made it easy to update your subscription products at any time. Whether you need to add an extra box of paper towels for a big clean, switch up your toilet paper preference, or simply remove an item you no longer need, you're in complete control. Our flexible system lets you customise the products your subscription has on your account, so you always get exactly what your home needs, right when you need it!

How to add product(s)

1. Log in to your account.
2. Click on Subscriptions on the top menu.
3. Under the "Your next order" section select "Add Product"
4. Choose which product(s) you'd like to add.
5. Choose the quantity then decide whether you'd like this to be for one time only or an ongoing order with your subscription. The add-on will ship with your next subscription order.
6. Click “Add to order”

How to remove product(s)

1. Log in to your account.
2. Click on Subscriptions on the top menu.
3. You will find the items on your upcoming order under the "Your next order" section.
4. Click Edit next to the product you would like to adjust.
5. Click "Remove product" to well... remove the product.
6. Repeat for other products as necessary.

How to apply a discount code to an existing subscription

1. Log in to your account.
2. Click on Subscriptions on the top menu.
3. Under the "Order summary" section enter the promo code in the text box.
4. Click "Apply" and the discount will be applied to your upcoming order.

Only one code can be applied per order - we are unable to combine codes.
