• On Our Website: You can always find links to our referral program directly in the header and footer of our website.

• Your Referral Dashboard: For existing customers, you can access your personalised Referral Dashboard within the "My Account" section of our website. This is your hub to track your referrals and easily share offers with more friends.

   

  

   

• Name Share: Once you've joined our referral program, you can also simply tell your friends to mention your name at checkout. When they do, they'll get the discount off their purchase!

Once you have your unique referral link, you can share it with your family and friends. Email it, post it on social media, spell it out with fridge magnets - anything goes!

Sharing the goodness and earning rewards is simple!

1. Place an Order: As an existing customer, after you've placed an order, you'll see a "Refer a Friend" button on your order confirmation page.
2. Share with Friends: Click that button to easily share your unique referral offer in a few ways:
   • Share a Link: You can share a direct link via email or your favourite social media platforms.
   • Share Your Name: You can simply tell your friends to visit our website and enter your name when they make a purchase.
3. Friend Makes a Purchase: When your friend visits our website, they'll find a special link at checkout.
4. Enter Your Name: Clicking this link will open a pop-up asking them to enter your name. If multiple people share the same name, they'll also be asked for your email address to ensure they credit the right referrer.
5. Enter Their Email: After successfully entering your name, they'll be prompted to provide their own email address.
6. Get Their Discount Code: They'll then receive a voucher code to use on their first purchase!
7. Rewards Sent: Once your friend completes their purchase using the voucher, both you and your friend will receive your rewards via email. It's a win-win!

Our Give and Get promotion has a minimum purchase spend of $40, as indicated in the terms found on the website and on the invite page.
Make sure:

1. Your friend clicked through your link before ordering. If they didn't click your link, then your reward won't be linked to your account.
2. Your friend or family member has met the $40 minimum spend requirement before applying the code, otherwise the code won't work!
3. If you haven't received your reward code, it's possible your friend's order hasn't been confirmed yet.
