A quick heads-up: orders shipping June 30 – July 1 may take a bit longer than usual to reach you. We're doing our full warehouse inventory count on this day. Think of it like a bookshelf reorganisation — while we're counting and checking everything, we're slower at getting orders out the door. Instead of our usual 2 business days, it may take up to 7 business days. If your order was placed between June 30 – July 1, it may arrive between July 6–8. Our team is working closely with our warehouse and courier partners to move as quickly as possible. We'll prioritize getting your order out the door, and we'll send tracking updates as soon as your package ships. |
Upon placement of your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. Your order will be dispatched two business days after being placed, then you will receive a tracking email.
The tracking link in your order confirmation email will be updated by the courier as your order continues through their network, so that’s a great place to start if you’re not sure of how soon to expect it.

Please note:
Sometimes with larger purchases, we have to ship in multiple parcels, and as such, the boxes may be delivered separately. This is totally normal practice, but due to increased strain on delivery networks, we now ask that you allow 2-10 business days for the remaining items to arrive at your door. If it has been longer than 10 business days between deliveries, please contact us and we will investigate the whereabouts of your order further. 💙
