When can I expect my order to arrive?

With so many of us are staying at home at the moment, we’re relying on delivery more than ever. This has put a huge amount of pressure on courier and delivery networks who are trying to keep up with demand while also ensuring their teams stay safe and healthy at work. Operations across entire supply chains are being affected, and as a result, this means your delivery might be a tad slower than usual.

Our warehouse teams and delivery partners are currently experiencing delays across much of their networks while they balance taking care of themselves, their family members, and our customers.

We want to reassure you that deliveries are still being completed and that our delivery partners are working around the clock to deliver them as quickly and safely as possible.

The tracking link in your order confirmation email will be updated by the courier, as your order continues through their network, so that’s a great place to start if you’re not sure of how soon to expect it.

Please note:

Sometimes with larger purchases we have to ship in multiple parcels; and as such, the boxes may be delivered separately. During this tricky time split shipments are likely to be more frequent. This is totally normal practice, but due to increased strain on delivery networks we now ask that you allow 2-10 business days for the remaining items to arrive at your door. If it has been longer than 10 business days between deliveries please contact us and we will investigate the whereabouts of your order further. 💙
