Managing your subscription

You can use your online account to take care of pretty much everything related to your subscription! Got to love technology these days, aye? Once you've logged in, just click 'Account' to log-in and you will see the Subscription Portal.

Please note

If you don't see the subscription portal in your accounts page and you have a subscription with us, or you can't find your account even though you've ordered with us before - you may not have an activated account yet! To activate your account find the email address you used for your original order and create an account here using that same email address. Your subscription will automatically sync - magic! If you're still having issues please contact us.

What would you like to do?

View scheduled delivery and upcoming orders
  1. Access the subscription portal via your online account.
  2. Front and centre in a nice big font is your next order - it's hard to miss!
  3. For a deeper dive - click through to "View upcoming orders".
  4. Here you will be able to see any future orders that are scheduled within the next 6 months.
Adjust your next ship date
  1. Access the subscription portal via your online account.
  2. Click "Reschedule"
  3. You can quickly delay your order by 1-2 weeks or choose a specific date.
  4. Click “Save changes”
Align your ship dates
  1. Access the subscription portal via your online account.
  2. Click through to the "View upcoming orders" tab.
  3. Choose the order you'd like to reschedule and click "Edit" and then "Reschedule"
  4. Select "Choose a specific date" and align it with the chosen order.

Hot tip: Look for the dates with the blue borders, these are dates which you already have orders scheduled to be processed on.

Skip your next order
  1. Access the subscription portal via your online account.
  2. Under "Your next order" click the "Skip" button.
  3. You will asked to confirm.

Don't worry if you change your mind... check below for a guide on how to reverse the skip.

Unskip your skipped order
  1. Access the subscription portal via your online account.
  2. Under "Your next order" click the "Unskip" button.

Phew... crisis averted!

Adjust your delivery frequency
  1. Access the subscription portal via your online account.
  2. Click “Manage this subscription” under the item you want to alter.
  3. Choose your preferred delivery frequency - anything from days to months.
  4. Click “Save changes”

Now you'll have a super cool fine tuned subscription order, meaning TP will arrive at your door the moment you need it. Magic isn't it?

Add product(s)
  1. Access the subscription portal via your online account.
  2. Under “Your next order" choose which product(s) you'd like to add.
  3. Choose the quantity then decide whether you'd like this to be for one time only or an ongoing order with your subscription. The add-on will ship with your next subscription order.
  4. Click “Add to order”
Remove product(s)
  1. Access the subscription portal via your online account.
  2. You will find the items on your upcoming order under the "Your next order" tab.
  3. Select "Manage this subscription"
  4. Click "Remove product" to well... remove the product.

Repeat for other products as necessary.

Apply discount code to existing subscription
  1. Access the subscription portal via your online account.
  2. Under the "Your next order" select the "Add referral or discount" button, marked by a plus.
  3. Enter your code in the text box.
  4. Click "Apply code" and the discount will be applied to your upcoming order.

Please note

Only one code can be applied per order - we are unable to combine codes.

Update shipping information
  1. Access the subscription portal via your online account.
  2. Select whether you want the updated address to be used for all items or keep your other subscriptions with a different address seperate.
  3. Click "Save changes"
Edit name, email address and phone number
  1. Access the subscription portal via your online account.
  2. Select the "Account settings" tab.
  3. Under "Your info", select "Edit your details"
  4. Update your name, email or phone number...or any combination of the three!
  5. Click "Save changes"

Note: This is only applicable for subscribers only. For non-subscribers, Send us an email at wedo@whogivesacrap.org and confirm your old and new email address. We'll take care of updating the rest!

Update billing information/credit card
  1. Access the subscription portal via your online account.
  2. Click the payment method under "Payment."
  3. Update your credit card and/or your billing address.
  4. Click "Update payment". All future subscription orders will be charged using this information.

To make sure all your payment details stay super secure, we ask that you enter any new credit card details via your secure online account, not via email.
