Managing your subscription

You can use your online account to take care of pretty much everything related to your subscription! Got to love technology these days, aye? Once you've logged in, just click “Manage subscriptions” to get started.

Please note

If you don't see your 'Manage subscriptions' button and you have a subscription with us, or you can't find your account even though you've ordered with us before - you may not have an activated account yet! To activate your account find the email address you used for your original order and create an account here using that same email address. Your subscription will automatically sync - magic! If you're still having issues please contact us.

What would you like to do?

Adjust or postpone your next ship date
  1. Access the "Manage subscriptions" page via your online account.
  2. Click “Change ship date” in the big blue box.
  3. Choose your preferred date, or click "Pick from calendar" to change the ship date to something a little more specific.
  4. Click “Update ship date.”
  5. Choose whether or not you want to update your shipping frequency, if you're happy with how frequently your orders are coming then click "No thanks, I'm good". If you're not... well, thats for another guide. Hint: its right below this one!

Easy peasy, right? If you have any extras like tissues or paper towel, just make sure everything is lined up in the subscription portal.

Adjust your delivery frequency
  1. Access the "Manage subscriptions" page via your online account.
  2. Click “Deliver every”.
  3. Choose your preferred delivery frequency, or click "Custom frequency" to change the frequency to anything from weeks to months.
  4. Click “Update frequency.”

Now you'll have a super cool fine tuned subscription order, meaning TP will arrive at your door the moment you need it. Magic isn't it?

Add product(s)
  1. Access the "Manage subscriptions" page via your online account.
  2. Under “Add to your next shipment" choose which product(s) you'd like to add.
  3. Choose the quantity then decide whether or not you'd like this to be an ongoing order with your subscription. The add-on will ship with your next subscription order.
  4. Click “Add product.”
Remove product(s)
  1. Access the "Manage subscriptions" page via your online account.
  2. Under “Your subscription” choose which product you'd like to remove.
  3. Click the red trash can under "Quantity" and then click "Cancel subscription."
  4. Tell us why you are cancelling this subscription.
  5. Click "Cancel subscription."

Repeat for other products as necessary.

Swap out TP
  1. Access the "Manage subscriptions" page via your online account.
  2. Under “Your subscription” click on the TP you currently receive.
  3. Under "Want to try something different?" select which TP you would like to swap your subscription order to.
  4. Confirm the quantity you are after and click "Swap".

Your new TP will come with your next subscription order! If you aren't happy with the swap... well you can just swap right back! 

Apply referral code
  1. Access the "Manage subscriptions" page via your online account.
  2. Click “More options” and then select "Apply referral code."
  3. Enter your referral code in the text box.
  4. Click "Apply code" and the discount will be applied to your upcoming order.

Update shipping information
  1. Access the "Manage subscriptions" page via your online account.
  2. Click the shipping address under "Ships to."
  3. Update your shipping information.
  4. Click "Update address". All future subscription orders will be sent to this address.
Update billing information/credit card
  1. Access the "Manage subscriptions" page via your online account.
  2. Click the payment method under "Payment."
  3. Update your credit card and/or your billing address.
  4. Click "Update payment". All future subscription orders will be charged using this information.

To make sure all your payment details stay super secure, we ask that you enter any new credit card details via your secure online account, not via email.

Update email address

Got a fresh start with a new email address? How exciting! Send us an email to wedo@whogivesacrap.org to confirm your old and new email address. We'll take care of updating the rest!
