Your account page is where all the important stuff is stored! Here you can find your order history, shipping information, referral link and more. 🤩

Please note - accessing your subscription

If you're a subscriber and you are having trouble accessing your account, or you don't see your 'Manage subscriptions' button - you may not have an activated account yet! To activate your account, find the email address you use for your regular subscription deliveries and create an account here using that same email address. Once you've set up a password and logged in, your subscription will automatically sync - magic! If you're still having issues please contact us.

How to log in to your account 

  1. Click "Log in" on the top right of the screen.
  2. Enter your email address and password.
  3. Click "Login" and boom! You're in.

One-off orders

If you’ve only placed one-off orders with us (meaning you don't have a recurring TP subscription set up), you may not have been asked to create an account. You can register an account with us here. To see your previous order history, make sure to sign up with the email that you've used with us in the past.

Tip: If you can't remember which email address you used, search your email account for 'Who Gives A Crap' to see if we've sent an order confirmation to you in the past. 


If you have an existing subscription, but never set up a password protected account, simply create an account here using the same email address you used when placing your first subscription order

Tip: Not sure which email address you used? Try searching your email inbox for your first ever order confirmation. If you still don't know, drop us a message.

Once you've set up a password protected account, you can now log in via the website to view and manage your subscription by clicking on 'Manage Subscriptions' button under your account tab.

Forgot your password?

Don't worry, we all do it! Try resetting your password here. An email will be sent to your inbox with a link to create a new password. 🔐
