Our subscriptions are totally flexible. We deliver our products as often as your household needs – whether that's once a month or once a year. There's no commitment, and you can pause or cancel at any time.
If you decide that our subscription model isn't working for you, you can cancel via your online account. We'll ask you a few questions about why you're cancelling, which is super helpful for us to learn what we could be doing better. Thanks for giving us a try!
Cancelling your subscription is super easy:
- Access the "Manage subscriptions" page via your online account.
- Click “More options.”
- At the bottom of the list click "Cancel subscription."
- Choose which product(s) to you'd like to cancel.
- Tell us why you are cancelling your subscription.
- Click "Cancel subscription" And boom! Cancelled.

For our friends in Euro € currency countries, unfortunately we're not able to offer subscriptions in € yet (coming soon!). If you really, really, want a subscription anyway, you're welcome to sign up from the UK (£) website instead.
