Updating my credit card/payment method

If you're a subscriber, then the payment method associated with your subscription will be the one you first paid with. If you need to update to a new one, no problems!

The steps 

  • Login to your account and head to your subscription section
  • Next to 'Payment' click 'Update'
  • Update your credit card and/or your billing address if it differs from your shipping address
  • Click 'Update payment'. All future subscription orders will be charged using this information.

 

What to do when?...

There's a problem with my payment method

If we're having problems with your payment method, we'll send you an email or an SMS with a heads up. Payment issues happen for all sorts of reasons, the most common being:

  • Your card is expired
  • There are insufficient funds
  • The card number is incorrect

So, what happens next? 

  1. If you update your card within the first 24 hours of the payment failing, your order should process the following day!
  2. If you didn't get a chance to update your payment method in the first 24 hours that's fine, we'll try processing the payment again every few days, or our lovely chatbot chaperone can get you going sooner - just click on the chat icon in the bottom right to get started.

I've just updated my payment method and want my order processed ASAP

I'm seeing an error when I try to update my payment method
Oh no ☹️ this happens sometimes when the old payment method is "stuck" (yes, that is totally a real technical term used by web developers...)

Our chatbot chaperone should be able to help you with this, but if not, they will connect you with a team member to get it all fixed up! - just click on the chat icon in the bottom right to get started.
