Will I be charged and get a reminder before my order ships?
We'll email you 3 days before each billing to check if you're ready for your next delivery. If you want to adjust your subscription, you can also make changes, add products, and manage your delivery schedule via your online account.
Can I choose when to receive my billing reminder?
At this time, the timing of reminder emails can't be customized. Top-up reminders are automatically sent 3 days before your next scheduled billing date.
