Shop Pay is a checkout feature offered across Shopify stores (including ours) that lets customers save their payment and shipping details for faster purchases in the future.

Why was my order automatically processed via Shop Pay?

This usually happens when the "save my information for faster checkout" box was ticked during a previous Shopify checkout - on our store or any other store running Shopify.

That checkbox sits near the payment field and can be easy to miss or mistake for something else, like a newsletter signup. Once ticked, Shop Pay remembers your details and can offer them at checkout on any Shopify store, not just ours.

I don't want to use Shop Pay, how do I remove my info from them?

No worries! If your Shop account was created by mistake and you'd rather not have it, you can opt out of Shop Pay entirely. Just keep in mind this deletes your account and payment details for good.
