To help us sort things out quickly, please include 4 clear photos when you contact us:

  • The outside of the box

  • The inside of the box

  • The damaged product

  • The shipping label on the box

Send a message to our Customer Happiness Team with your order number and the photos mentioned above. We’ll sort it out for you.
