Our subscriptions are totally flexible. We deliver our products as often as your household needs – whether that's once a month or once a year. There's no commitment, and you can adjust, skip, pause or cancel at any time.
If you decide that our subscription model isn't working for you, you can cancel via your subscription dashboard. We'll ask you a few questions about why you're cancelling, which is super helpful for us to learn what we could be doing better. Thanks for giving us a try!
Don't worry, if you change your mind, you can reactivate your old subscription anytime.
What would you like to do?
Pause your subscription
- Log in to your account.
- Click on Subscriptions on the top menu.
- Select "My products" and you will be shown the products you have an active subscription for.
- Click on the product you would like to adjust.
- Click on Cancel Subscription.
- Here you will be able to pause your subscription for 2, 4 or 8 weeks.
Cancel your subscription
- Log in to your account.
- Click on Subscriptions on the top menu.
- Select "My products" and you will be shown the products you have an active subscription for.
- Click on the product you would like to adjust.
- Click on Cancel Subscription.
- Here you will be able to pause your subscription for 2, 4 or 8 weeks.
Please note:
You must cancel each item in your subscription individually.
Reactivate your subscription
- Log in to your account.
- Click on Subscriptions on the top menu.
- Select "My products" and you will be shown the products you have an active subscription for.
- Click on "Inactive" to see product subscriptions that have been cancelled.
- Select "Reactivate" under the subscription you want to get back up and running.
