How do I track my order?

A quick heads-up: orders shipping June 26 – July 6 may take a bit longer than usual to reach you. We're doing our full warehouse inventory count on this day. Think of it like a bookshelf reorganisation — while we're counting and checking everything, we're slower at getting orders out the door. Instead of our usual 2–5 business days, it may take up to 7–10 business days. If your order was placed between June 26 – July 6, it may arrive between July 6–7. 

Our team is working closely with our warehouse and courier partners to move as quickly as possible. We'll prioritize getting your order out the door, and we'll send tracking updates as soon as your package ships.

 

When your order is dispatched, we'll send you an email that contains a tracking link. This link will take you to the unique tracking page for your order and is your first port of call to find out information such as where your order is coming from, which carrier it's arriving with, when it was picked up, how many items it contains and its current status. There should be helpful prompts on the carrier's website to let you know what the current status of your order is.

Tracking your order as a registered user

  1. Log into your account.
  2. On your profile, select "Order History".
  3. Click the tracking link under the order you're looking for.

Tracking your order as a guest

  1. Go to your shipping confirmation email.
  2. Click on the tracking link to see where your order is!

I didn't receive a tracking number

If the carrier's website isn't showing any results for your tracking number, or you didn't receive a tracking number at all, don't worry, our team will have access to your parcel information and you can contact us to find the whereabouts of your order. We know shipping can be stressful – so let us do the worrying for you!
