When will you have more stock?
You’ve probably seen the news that toilet paper is being wiped off the shelves with some panic buying. To ensure that we have enough stock for our regular subscribers on automatic delivery schedule, we've marked our website as sold out for now. We're working hard to restock as quickly as possible, but this could take a couple of weeks. We've added a pop up to the website (click the pink banner at the top) where you can add your email and be notified of when we're taking orders again. While we work away at restocking, it might be a nice idea to make friends with your neighbours and share a few rolls around if you've got any to spare!
I have a subscription, what happens to my scheduled order?
We’ve marked our site as sold out of toilet paper so we can preserve stock for subscribers who are due to bill in the coming weeks. Our first priority is to ensure we can keep our subscriber customers stocked up as normal!
We understand uncertainty is scary, and doing something helps you feel a bit better, but please, don’t bring your delivery forward if you don’t need to. We are working hard with our suppliers to refill our stocks and are hoping this shortage will be temporary.
I placed an order already, will I still get it?
If you have received an order confirmation email, you can rest assured that your order has been received and is in the process of being shipped. Keep an eye on your inbox for a tracking notification to be sent once the courier has picked up your parcel from the warehouse. If there are any problems or delays, we'll get in touch to tell you.
I've placed an order, when will it be delivered?
The number of orders we've received have been HUGE! As a result, there may to be some delays that could cause your order to arrive a day or two later than normal. However your order should still arrive within our usual 2-7 business day delivery period. You will receive a notification from the courier company once they have picked up your parcel from our warehouses and you can track your order's journey with the courier as normal too.
My account shows my recent order as 'unfulfilled'. What does this mean?
'Unfulfilled' is warehouse lingo and just means that your order is still being prepared to go out the warehouse door. The status usually switches over to 'fulfilled' once your tracking number is sent to you. But sometimes when volumes are this high your parcel gets to your door faster than the order is fulfilled! So please don't worry - your delivery will be with you soon.
