Got too much on hand already? Skipping your next subscription order takes just a few clicks. There are multiple ways to do this.
Option 1: Skipping the entire order
- Log in to your account.
- Click on "Subscriptions".
- While under the "Next Delivery" tab, click "Skip".
- Click "Yes, Skip this order".
Note: If your next order includes one-time items, you'll see a prompt letting you know they can't be skipped. Simply reschedule or remove them first, then you'll be able to skip the rest of the order.
Option 2: Skipping per subscription item
- Log in to your account.
- Click on "Subscriptions".
- Click on "Manage Subscription" on the top menu.
- Select the subscription item you'd like to skip by clicking on "Manage this subscription".
- Click "Skip" and confirm by clicking "Yes, Skip this order".
Note: If you have multiple subscription items, make sure to do this to all of them if you want them to be shipped on the same date.
