We'd hate to see you go, but we get it - things change. If skipping or adjusting your order isn't quite what you need, here's how to cancel.
- Log in to your account.
- Click on "Subscriptions".
- Click on "Manage Subscription" on the top menu.
- Select the subscription item you'd like to cancel and click "Manage this subscription".
- Scroll down and click "Cancel Subscription".
- Select your reason for cancellation and click "Next".
- If you're offered a discount or alternative and decline it, click "No thanks - cancel subscription".
- Provide feedback and click "Confirm Cancellation" to save. You'll be taken to a screen confirming your cancellation.
