We ship coast to coast throughout the contiguous United States. All orders over $25 ship for free, and delivery typically takes 2-7 business days.
What about Alaska and Hawaii?
We now ship to both, though it costs $40 per package. We know that's steep - it's why we hadn't shipped there in the past, but enough customers asked for the option that we made it available. We'd love to secure better rates, and while that's unlikely to happen soon, we'll keep trying.
What counts as one package?
We cover shipping for each individual package sent. A single box of toilet paper counts as one package, but larger orders may need to ship as more than one. For example, a 48-pack of toilet paper plus a box each of tissues and paper towels would ship as two packages.
Here are some examples of what still counts as one package:
- 48 rolls + paper towels OR tissues
- 24 rolls + paper towels AND tissues
- 4 orders of paper towels
- 4 orders of tissues
