Managing your subscription delivery schedule

The first order in the subscription is placed immediately once you first subscribe and complete checkout. From there, your new subscription will become active and future deliveries will be scheduled to be sent to you based on your selected frequency.

You can use your online account to take care of pretty much everything related to your subscription! Got to love technology these days, aye? Once you've logged in, just click Subscriptions on the top menu and you will see the Subscription Portal.

 

How to view scheduled delivery and upcoming orders

  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Click on Subscriptions on the top menu.
  3. Front and centre in a nice big font is your next order - it's hard to miss!
  4. For a deeper dive - click through to "My upcoming orders".
  5. Here you will be able to see any future orders that are scheduled within the next 6 months.

Adjust your next ship date

  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Click on Subscriptions on the top menu.
  3. In the "Your next order" section, click "Reschedule".
  4. Select your preference. You can quickly delay your order by 1-2 weeks or choose a specific date.
  5. Click “Reschedule”.

Please note:

If you have two or more products in your subscription, each item needs to be rescheduled separately.

Skip your next order

  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Click on Subscriptions on the top menu.
  3. Under "Your next order" click the "Skip" button.
  4. You will be asked to confirm.
  5. Don't worry if you change your mind... check below for a guide on how to reverse the skip.

Unskip your skipped order

  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Click on Subscriptions on the top menu.
  3. Under the "Your next order" section click the "Unskip" button.

Phew... crisis averted!

Adjust your delivery frequency

  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Click on Subscriptions on the top menu.
  3. Under the "Your next order" section, click Edit on the product you want to alter.
  4. Choose your preferred delivery frequency - anything from days to months.
  5. Click “Save changes”

Now you'll have a super cool fine-tuned subscription order, meaning your products will arrive at your door the moment you need it. Magic isn't it?
