If you decide that our subscription model isn't working for you, you can cancel via your online account. Just click on 'edit subscription' and scroll down to find the cancel button. We'll ask you a few questions about why you're cancelling, which is super helpful for us to learn what we could be doing better. We're a growing company, so we need all the customer feedback we can get!
