Managing your subscription billing information

Update Shipping Address (Name and Address)

  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Click on Subscriptions on the top menu.
  3. Select Edit under the existing address shown in the Shipping and Payment section
  4. Select whether you want the updated address to be used for all items or keep your other subscriptions with a different address separate.
  5. Enter your new shipping details.
  6. Click "Save changes"

 

Update Billing Address and Payment Method

  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Click on Subscriptions on the top menu.
  3. Select Edit under the existing payment method shown in the Shipping and Payment section
  4. Enter your new payment method.
  5. If your billing address is separate from your shipping address, untick the Use [address] as billing address box and enter the new billing address details.
  6. Click "Save changes"

 

If we're having problems with your payment method, we'll send you an email with a heads-up. Payment issues happen for all sorts of reasons, the most common being:      

  • Your card is expired
  • There are insufficient funds
  • The card number is incorrect

So, what happens next?

  • If you update your card within the first 24 hours of the payment failing, your order should process the following day!        
  • If you didn't get a chance to update your payment method in the first 24 hours, that's fine. We'll try processing the payment again every few days, or contact our Customer Happiness Team for a second opinion!
